Mom&Pop Vietnamese cafe and bakery where you can grab drinks, bakery goods, and desserts to-go. The owner was very friendly. I ordered a Vietnamese iced coffee, which was delicious, although there was too much ice and I finished it in two sips (refer picture). There are no tables or bathrooms available for patrons. Businesses nearby are under construction, so limited parking during peak hours. It seems like their known for their pastries, so I'll have to come back to give the pastries a try.
Im looking for childhood cake . I like banh pia, banh tieu and banh phuc linh. The owner is super nice and friendly. I will definitely come back for other deserts.
Mr. Kim was very friendly, and his wife does an excellent job with those mooncakes. I had Vietnamese coffee which I cannot describe except to say it has power and sweetness in a natural way. Parking is easy because it is in a rectangle shaped plaza, not a ton of parking but we found parking. There is a couple of tables inside, the customers I saw took their food to go. Went to Kim Ninh Bakery and tried the banh tieu. It was crispy on the outside, but soft and fluffy on the inside, and it was also lightly sweet. The owners are also very nice I would definitely come back! Make sure to bring cash though as the bakery is cash only

Delicious! There's that extra tang you can't get from grocery store yogurt. The size is a bit small but the yogurt is packed with flavor.
The moon cake was very good. Not too sweet and very stuffy. Other snacks were just so so. Service was nice. Inside is small. The cover and label of the food need to be improve to make the food nicer and more attractive .
I just wanted to add that I wish they took card. Luckily they do accept zelle which I was thankful for because I always forget to carry cash when I come here.
